Refund Policy
The following refund policy applies to students enrolled in the Online Nurse Assistant Training Program (NATP):
Paid in Full: Refund Schedule of Core Tuition (after the seventh day)
Week 1Â -Â Refund 50%
A fee of $200 will be deducted to cover school-provided services: administrative fees and BLS/CPR certification. Third-party, out-of-pocket expenses such as Live Scan are paid directly by the student and are not refundable by the school. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process and will be mailed via US Mail to the address on file. It is the student's responsibility to ensure we have the most up-to-date address on file.
Week 2Â -Â Refund 25%
Week 3 and after - No Refund
Payment Plan Students
For students enrolled in a payment plan, refunds are calculated on the total amount paid as of the withdrawal date, using the same refund schedule above, less the $200 fee. If the amount paid is less than the fee, no refund will be issued.
Additional Refund Terms:
-
The $100 processing fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for withdrawal.
-
Students dismissed from the NATP for academic failure, attendance violations, or disciplinary reasons are not eligible for a refund.
By enrolling in the NATP, students acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
Payment Terms
We are committed to making our NATP accessible and convenient for all students. Below are our accepted payment methods and important policies related to tuition payments.
Late Payments
1.  If tuition is not paid in full by the clinical start date, the student will not be allowed to attend clinical and therefore will not receive a certificate of completion. This will prohibit the student from taking the certified nursing assistant state examination.
2.  If payments are not made when scheduled, the student will be charged a late fee of $50 per week. Students must pay late fees and the balance to be eligible for clinical and to obtain a certificate of completion. Students who are delinquent with payments may be dismissed from the program.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
-
Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
-
Cash
-
Klarna
-
Personal or Business Checks (payable to Academy of Healthcare Providers, LLC)

Please note: Returned checks will incur a $25 processing fee.

Payment Due Dates
A $100 non-refundable processing fee is due upon enrollment. Full payment is due upon starting the course, unless you are enrolled under a third-party sponsorship or approved installment plan. Enrollment is not confirmed until payment has been received and processed.
Third-Party Sponsorship
If your training is paid for by an employer, workforce agency, or other sponsor, documentation must be submitted before the NATP start date. Students are responsible for any unpaid balances if the sponsor does not remit payment.
